Our Vocational Case Management Approach
We employ the highest quality Case Managers to deliver full geographical coverage and excellent results. Our case management team undertake comprehensive functional assessments following injury or illness. Through our model every contact an employee receives is from a clinician specialised in absence management and return to work, ensuring all recommendations are specific and evidenced based.
Our assessments provide clear and concise recommendations alongside healthcare advice and detailed rational. If required, an ongoing case management programme can support an individual’s recovery and manage the best journey back to health and function. Our broad range of expertise encompasses employer and public liability, motor claims, clinical negligence, income protection and life claims. Our services are adaptable to the individual needs of the client’s conditions ranging from minor injuries and early intervention to catastrophic case management for spinal, traumatic brain injuries and amputation.

Work Readiness Programme
Weekly support to provide advice and guidance regarding preparations to return to work, improve labour market skills and actively job seek. Liaison with the employer as required.
Job Securing Programme
A programme to ensure individuals have the skills to independently job search for one of more agreed job roles. A bespoke programme with the goal of securing new employment.
